I love this prenatal bottle which I am using in the preconception phase. the smell of iron was initially over powering but got used to it quickly. love that this has the vitamins and minerals in their most bioavailable form. I do take omega 3 separately. but I'm almost out on this and it's sadly still not restocked. I have been checking for restock update regularly this month. hopefully it'll be available soon as this is one of the best prenatals
I was looking around for prenatal supplements brand and came across Thorne prenatal. Did a research and got to know Thorne is a well known for making quality supplements. Decided to give it a try. I like that the serving is just two capsules per day not too much to take.
I read that this helped with fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding. I like that it is in capsules which is easier to swallow. I didn’t quite appreciate the smell of it during my first trimester because of the strong iron smell but I am back to eating it since my second trimester and plan to eat it post partum too. I like that there is folate and a good mix of minerals in this.
conveniently that a daily portion of three capsules. You can adjust the dosage. In pregnancy, I took three capsules daily, and with GV two, since I additionally take Vit D and MK7 ( Vit. K2 ). But the most significant argument in favor of this Bad is the folates. Very well absorbed in this form. Recommended two of her friends who are only planning a pregnancy.. And yet, many write about the taste or smell of capsules. The smell is quite acceptable, even ordinary.
Good quality prenatal vitamins. Love the high quality of the ingredients. They contains all the necessary vitamins in perfect dosage. Those vitamins doesn’t make me extra nauseous, as they don’t have any taste or smell. Would like the manufacturer to make bigger packages, so they last longer then one month. Overall felling great taking those vitamins, I feel that they are great for me and my baby.
Bought these because the regular thorne multivitamins were out of stock. took only one capsule daily since I figured I eat a balanced meal. so far I think this works well in building my immune system. I don't get allergies as often plus I also get over getting sick faster. waiting for thorne multivitamins to go on sale so I can stock up on their supplements!
I've been using this before I got pregnant and now that I'm six months pregnant. I always have perfect blood work and I think this is a quality product I with good ingredients. I have the MTHFR gene and the folate in this is better absorbed. I'll be using this while breastfeeding and for future pregnancies.
Why choose Thorne: 1. In the first months of pregnancy, folic acid is important for the formation of the baby's nervous system. The L-5 form of Methyltetrahydrofolic Acid is the most easily absorbed. 2. Doses of vitamins are balanced, when we take them as directed, which is three times a day, we are not oversaturated with extra vitamins.
I am so happy with this prenatal. It was very easy to take as the pills are easy size to swallow and digest my whole pregnancy, Never made me feel nauseous or sick. It definitely helped my energy levels and the ingredients are good quality and levels. It didn't leave any taste when taking them and it was just very good and I plan to keep taking them post partum as well.
I love Thorne supplements as the quality can not be beat and I use several different ones daily to fit my needs. Even though I am not pregnant, my doctor suggested that these would be a good fit for me because it has the value of the vitamins I need. I can't reiterate enough how much I love Iherb for my supplements since they put the expiration date of all their products (that have them) so I can make sure I am getting the freshest product. No guessing games like on other sites.
