Started taking this less than 2 months ago. After a few weeks of taking only 1 capsule together with Triphala diverticulosis pain on my abdomen have subsided. A few weeks more and the pain is almost none existent. I was running out so I tried saving my few capsules by not taking them while waiting for the latest shipment to come. After only 3 days, the intermittent attacks of abdominal pain came again. This thing is really indispensable for pain relief. The best thing is it contains natural ingredients of the highest quality. I tried taking the herbs stated in the ingredients and almost no effect at all which means the capsule is of the right size and dosage. I just take 1 capsule together with Triphala at 5:30 am, 2 hours before breakfast and I will feel the benefit throughout the day. Bonus is no after-taste.
This is a good quality daily tonic for the gut. A previous formula I was using didn't list the ingredients, and required 4 capsules per day.I like that Terra Origin lists all the ingredients and that they are natural. The size will last one month, and I like that it does the job with only two capsules per day,
I have Crohn's and I originally bought the product for my daughter who has IBS. I was having a Flare and decided to try Healthy Gut. Within hours I was feeling better. I have been taking it for roughly three weeks and I am feeling better and having less symptoms. I highly recommend it if you are suffering IBS, Colitis, or Crohn's. It worked very quickly and kept improving. The vitamin D was an added bonus.

I was very happy to have an alternative product for the drink powder. The ingredient list is almost as powerful as the drink powder has, except the glutamine.
