It's just brilliant! One of the supplements which has a very obvious effect. My skin is shining now. It feeds our microbiota and helps to remove toxins out of the body. And the result is just wow. Just remember to drink a lot of water (minimum 2 liters a day) to remove pectin with toxins from the body.

taking 3 big tablets per meal is just not for me. it did work a bit from the beginning. but it lost the effect in 2weeks time. then I changed to powder mixing in water, that's easier to take. but still doesnt really work. the only thing works for me is taking magnesium. I hope it will last.
