Past 55 most of my hair had turned whitish-gray. Tried ellagic acid together with quercetin and bromelain. Surprise, after a few weeks, my hair had gone back to maybe halfway its former dark color. It looked middle-grey. Ran out of the suplement. Lo and behold, within weeks, the whitish grey coloring slowly returned. Got another bottle of ellagic acid, tried it alone.
