This is a great formula with l-methionine 1gm, choline 410mg and inositol 1gm. A good supplement to add to a Liver Detox program. I've bought other Solgar products as I like to use a trusted brand that's non-gmo, gluten, wheat & dairy free. One of the other ingredients used in this Lipotropic Factors is titanium dioxide. Do your research before purchasing this product. Because of this titanium dioxide, I will not be taking these tablets or purchasing this product again. Such a shame as it's a great formula and I haven't found anything else that combines l-methionine, choline and inositol. An expensive mistake on my behalf.
