Sea buckthorn oil is renowned for its healing power in skin inflammation and scars. I bought this for my mother, whose feet is injured and take months to recover. After intake of sea buckthorn oil, she claimed her skin to recover faster and her face is smoother. I will always repeat purchase for myself and my mother.
For me, this is the best sea buckthorn supplement. I also had a liquid, but it oxidizes very quickly - it should be used within 30-40 days. Strong rejuvenating supplement - slows down aging, incl. on the skin, the formation of wrinkles, moisturizes the skin. It contains carotenoids and therefore one of its benefits for my eyes, eyesight, and also acts on dry eyes due to the use of a computer. I definitely feel an improvement ever since I've started taking this. I took it because my kitty was dry after a few months of taking birth control. I take two every morning and the first day, my eyes started watering like crazy. After two days, I felt it down there. Crazy how fast this worked. I am a long time asthmatic who also happens to be a somewhat vain woman. I tried these years ago to keep my skin nice. After taking them in the morning I went about my day and then on to bed. Not sure if it's making a difference but I think it is. I tried another brand but it wasn't sitting well with me. This one seems fine. The packaging was good. No taste. I haven't seen any improvement yet but they say it's good for women's health.
This is a very good product that I was lucky enough to get at a very good price. With very well selected ingredients, it is of high quality and many benefits. Personally, I like it and it helps me. For better results, I always take it after a fatty meal, usually at lunch.
