The capsules are small in size and easy to swallow with no back taste. I love the clean ingredients. I am looking forward to seeing how the addition of this supplement will compliment her plant based diet to bring about the hoped for benefits. I think it works for immunity. I take 2 per day. It also provides Vitamin C with its Amla content. It is my fourth bottle.

Pycnogenol is a lot more expensive than GSE and contains almost the same active ingredients. It is Very easy to open the capsules and mix with any food! Contains just GSE and Amla, no unnecessary ingredients. ActiVin Grape Seed Extract with Amla, 90 Vegetarian capsules. So I throw the vegetarian capsules away and use only what is inside the capsules.
Grape Seed Extract is one of the important herbal supplement that has significant role in the body. It becomes more powerful if it contains Amla fruit. However, with Paradise ActiVin GSE with Amla, it needs more time before this significant result comes out. Maybe because it is not more concentrated than the Grape Seed Oil. But in overall experience, I like this product because it is safe and pure grape seed unlike the oil-based that contains other types of oils to make a 500mg capsule. Paradise ActiVin is only 125mg GSE+125mg Amla but the component is pure and Vegan and organic.
What I like about Paradise Herbs is that their capsules are tiny, free from unnecessary fillers, binders, magnesium stearate etc. The reason one buys nutrients is to enhance their health... I understand why other manufacturers use magnesium stearate so that their precious equipment is protected but it does no favours to the discerning conscious customer. Powerful little gems.
