I take this 2-3 times a day with my meals. It seems to help keep my heart in regular rythm and feeling strong. Once in awhile I will take a break and after a week or so I can tell it's time to start again. Great quality for the price!

..this COq10, does not give me "formication" like some vegan kinds do, and other kinds may....the small dose 10mg. works for maintainence, and doesn't "over stimulate me" as the high-doses do. -- the high-doses did their "job" when I need it more, now, that i have a grip and better health-skills, i need less of it, but IT IS still VITAL daily, regardless.
