My kids love this one. It's hard for me to find one that they love to take every day. Animal shaped, berry taste, quality and quantity vise excellent!

I bought it as an adult, because there were no other brands at the time. I is clear that it is meant for children. Still, the flavor is the best out of what one can buy now. As an adult, you may need to take a few of them every day and not just one.
