I may be going out on a limb here, but I’ve been taking niacin for months and enduring the accompanying hot prickly niacin flash, even though the formulation says it is reduced. These B12 capsules that I have just started taking seem to nullify that effect. I just realized I haven’t felt niacin flush for several days since I’ve started taking these B12 capsules.

I had just started the taking the Vitamin B12, the thing I like the most is it does not leave an after taste. The ingredients played a very important roll for me. I have gone to organic vegetable based and notice my body digests so much better. I feel there is better absorption and look forward to seeing results with in the next month. The Vitamin B12's packaging was very secure and fresh when received. Thanks to IHerb and making it easier to find more organic Vegetable based supplements.

I like that the ingredients are organic, but I don't like that the company has been purchased by a huge conglomerate that cares nothing about people or the earth. I have been buying this product for many many years because of the quality, the size, and the price. I am, though, very unhappy that the company sold out...

I want to taste a new product. I need this B12 to be able to sleep well. I need it for ,y tingling feet. I dont have any diabetes but has this neuropathy problem.

I like this product, my body doesn’t deal well with artificial vitamin B group but this is obvious;ly natural and works really well.

Helps with stress and like it for being organic and natural. Take it a few times a week to balance nerves and general well being.
