I’m taking zinc quite often, especially when I need to boost up my immune system. Works as a great antioxidant. If you’re not sure whether you need it or not- take a little test. If you’re getting sick very often and you’re not satisfied with your food unless it’s super spice etc (otherwise it’s all taste less)- you definitely need zinc. Great size and always beat quality!
Decent dosage with affordable price. It's good for your immune system. My only complaint is the tablet size. It is too long, kinda hard to swallow. I have to put it at the very back of my tongue and quickly swallow with a big sip of water. It would be great if they make it in better shape for easy intaking.
