Can’t say it did wonders for my joints. I tried with this more natural product but for me chondroitin, glucosamine, hyaluronic acid and collagen combination helps more. Pills are huge and have really strong smell of turmeric. That didn’t help either. On top of that, it’s rather pricey too.
