My left sinus especially tends to get stuffed up during the night. I take two sprays on each side before going to bed and I start out clear. If I wake up stuffed up I take three sprays and it usually clears up. Not always, but it helps. I've tried saline solutions, and allergy pills, but this stuff works the best for whatever my condition is.
Great product once I used it for 3 days I totally stopped sneezing it was quit a relief, As I have a seasonal allergy and would sneeze multiple times in one session maybe 5 or more. And I used to take antihistamine bills but they didn’t help much & this one made its magic. Side note I still had to use it for the following week for 1 to 2 days. It was quite the improvement because I haven’t used it since.

I love it. It has been helpful during my allergic season. Some nasal sprays just irritate my nose even more, but this one was great and soothing. It didn't remove symptoms fully, but in my experience, you can't deal with hayfever with a single nasal spray. So don't expect any miracles, unless you're using a holistic approach.
