As a 77 year old with an ongoing cancer diagnosis I am doing whatever seems helpful to boost my immune function. CoQ10 was recommended and I have been glad to add it to my supplement regimen . This Life Extension formula (100mg) is Super Absorbable (Ubiquinone) with d-Limonene. It comes in the iconic LE dark purple bottle which keeps light from deteriorating the product. As recommended by Dr. Murray in his iHerb blog, I take one 100mg soft gel quality capsule daily.
My son takes CoQ10 daily for heart and cardiovascular health. The size is larger than what he used to take which he doesn't prefer, but the ingredients, benefit, and quality are the same.
