Actually I like the aroma of the soft gels but that is just my feeling. I am taking to help with immunity as I have fibromyalgia and immunity from my exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam, 69,70. During Covid I have not worn a mask and I have remained well. From Cumin? Can't say it is but all I know is I am doing good.

A great combo! I was taking the life extension black seed oil softgels but then saw that they make one with curcumin so of course I switch over. Its an excellent 2-in-1 supplement for inflammation. Plus the ingredients are clean. I highly recommend.
