Within a month I was able to reduce to twice daily and gradually was able to reduce the conventional medicine for anxiety that I had been prescribed by my physician. Today, 14 months later I continue to take one capsule daily and have stopped taking all conventional meds. I also continue to take other supplements for boosting the brain's ability to produce serotonin. I am free of anxiety and depression. I believe that this stress formula is effective.
This is probably my favorite overall “If I had to take only one supplement” formula. It has a lot of ingredients, which may deter some at first, but you have to think of it as an alchemy. Each ingredient builds on the other, enhancing and supporting the overall effect. This formula is a whole body, balanced, holistic approach to wellness. It will support each of the major organs (Heart, Liver, Kidneys, Lungs, Spleen) and balance out the 3 doshas (Pita, Kapha, Vata) - this is from an Ayurvedic and Taoist perspective on health. It is a fantastic adaptogen for the whole body. It isn’t very fast working, so give it some time to notice major impacts on your health. And you might need to adjust the dosage to a higher amount depending on your health needs. I personally take 8 pills a day vs the 4 it suggests. Himalaya brand quality is very good! And all their formulas have actual clinical trials performed on them for efficacy.
Amazing product! I have tried a lot of calming products on the market but this is my favourite! Just finished my 3rd large bottle. The list of ingredients is impressive! You should start feeling results in few days after taking. For this price and high quality you can't go wrong!

The ingredients are so rich and serve so many different purposes. I take it first day in the morning and before I go to bed. It keeps me energized throughout the day, relaxed and gives me quality sleep. Have no concerning side effects at this time. I highly recommend this supplement.
I have taken many different formulas for stress relief, but this supplement has been better than any other. The Ayurvedic composition is gentle on my system and the benefits have been positive. I have seen improvement in loss of belly fat and I feel more positive and calm. These capsules have no taste and the ingredients have not upset my system in any way. I am on my second bottle and will continue to order this product.
I take a bunch of supplements and have no idea if they're working. These, on the other hand, I actually notice a marked difference. Improves my mood, calmness, and reduces my anxiety. I keep going back to these in times of stress, for me they work better than GABA or Lemon Balm. Those work too but I feel a "happier" calm with these. Worth ordering for a try-out. I have returned to these capsules again and again over the years as I find they benefit me so much and because they work nearly immediately. I'm calmer, happier, and more balanced when taking these. The Himalaya brand uses great ingredients in specific formulations for the highest response, and I've tried a few other varieties from Himalaya (I liked "Joy" but still prefer the StessCare better) and the quality is consistent across the products. I had a great airport experience recently (usually so stressful for me) after taking 3 capsules prior to my flights, so that really exemplified how well they work for me. Worth it for the big bottle in my opinion.

Great product quality, composition and natural ingredients, nice package. Good concern for those who can stay calm. Use it as a supplement. Fits to any age. It has a specific taste but I think it's not a problem. And you can use it even if you're on a diet.
I tried this product for the first time and can tell the difference right away. I've been struggling with stress and side effects of that and was looking for a supplement to address these symptoms and concerns. These capsules have a very herbal taste, but I do not mind that as they work great.
