Expiry date checks out w the one online. Only downside is that it does not come w a cold pack to keep it cool, which is concerning as product needs to be stored at 25 degrees celsius and below. Who knows how long it has be sitting in a stuffy warehouse too..

Bought for my Mom.who has diabetes after she had 100 million probiotics. 4 days after using this her blood glucose drop 6 units to almost pre diabetes level. She's happy with the product and told that it doesnt upset her tummy that much. She did had constipation from other brands she used before.
