I've tried many types of Acidopilus and this one seems to be the best. Even better than the same one with 14mg. This one has 19mg.

I like this probiotic because it does not require refrigeration. That is the reason for the name "Longest Living." I have used it for many years, my family too. It is convenient and good.

I can't live without my pro-biotics. I highly recommend this brand if you sometimes have a poor digestion. If the bloating is very bad, 2 may be needed, but they usually help things along. I have ordered them a few times and will always keep stocked up!

I hoped to get some sort of effect, but it didn't work for me like Solgar acidophilus 40+ or multi billion works. So i stopped using it and went back.

good quality but not what I'm used to I really like this product. They're undoubtedly high quality and have integrity. I ordered it because my regular one ran out , iherb speedy shipping so I thought I'd try theirs. I'll stick to my this brand now that I found a company to send even quicker.
