It’s so mind-boggling to me that these are only 70 cal! They have a good amount of fiber in them, I believe about 21% of your daily intake, and the taste is delicious. I eat these in the morning as a little treat for breakfast and it starts the day right. The size is pretty good it’s a perfect square. And it doesn’t taste too fibrillary, it tastes really good!

absolutly delicous！satisfies the craving for chocolate and cake. it's a good serving size too. The calories isn't particularly low but the amount of fiber in it makes is worthwhile. Having indulgence in dessert whilst having good amount of fiber！great！
