I devolve it in plain cold water and it taste fine for me. I am a cancer patient and drink this every day. Even with changes in taste due to chemo I can still drink this. Delivery is always on time and packaged professionally. I am now on automatic delivery. Unfortunately price went up which is a concern for being on a fixed income. Hopefully it will stay stable for awhile. I feel this us a very good quality product. it has help ed me tremendously physically w hile going through my treatments. I am stage 4!

I used to always feel like I was coming down with a cold after a hard workout and after some research found out that it’s this I’m missing. I’ve been taking this for two weeks now and no sign of cold and I’m able to exercise every day now! Highly recommend!

Great for recovery, I add this to my post-workout shakes or mix with juice after training. Can definitely notice a difference in digestion and muscle recovery when I use this consistently. Does have a slight strange taste if you mix in water or anything without much flavor.

The powder is really easy to dissolve, either in water, morning latte or protein shake. I usually take it either before breakfast or after working out - both work well for better absorption. It is truly tasteless, which made me buy from the same one again. This is gonna be my third time buying it and I really recommend it!

Hard to say much about this, except if you need glutamine as a supplement, this is definitely a good choice. It’s inexpensive and flavourless.
