It's so easy to use just dump in water and go. I have definitely noticed a difference with having that increase fiber and the benefits it has helped with.

I have almost finished the package. Can not say much about the results since I have no issues. However, I use it 2-3 times with food when there are not enough vegetables. Never had an issue with my gut afterward, good absorption, and no bloating. There is a slightly sweet taste so it's good to take it with water
I use this in my iced latte and frappes and feel the benefit. Doesn’t change the taste but I definitely feel the difference when I go to the bathroom. Smooth bowel movements and I feel great with a lot more energy. I also feel less bloated and gassy so I know that this supplement is excellent for gut health, digestion and absorption.
I like this product that good quality and good taste. It can help my gut and constipation are absorption well. Good ingredient supplement. I recommend.
I can say I am definitely seeing a benefit after starting to use this quality powder. I was bleeding after bowel movements from an aggravated hemorrhoid so I wanted to increase my fiber intake. After a few days of adding one scoop of this to my water I am no longer finding blood on my toilet paper. Do not pass on this supplement if you're having fiber issues! My only complaint is that no matter how much I mix it, when I put it in coffee it settles at the bottom of the cup as a gelatinous blob.

Just after a few days I notice an improvement in my digestive system. Not as regular as some people while taking a fiber product but it has improved, not much taste to it ,good or bad as long as I benefit from it I’m content.
Trying it for the first time , I have used mrm prebiotics/enzymes . Wanted to try this one and see.. hopefully it will work good on me.
so far so good. no complaints. I mix in with my meal replacement shake and have noticed no difference in taste. helps me ensure I get my daily fiber to ensure my gut health stays good.
