You CANNOT make a salad without vinegar right? SO MIGHT AS WELL USE APPLE CIDER, right? THIS is the best, priced right with the MOTHER (Shake before using).

I mix this half and half with Apple Cider Vinegar to make it not so tart. I use it for all of my dressings and marinades.

I’ve heard that coconut vinegar is more nutritious than apple cider vinegar. The taste is more preferable. However, I would definitely continue using my apple one instead. For me, the coconut taste doesn’t match the vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar has gotten a lot of good press but I read the coconut vinegar also has many health benefits. Coconut vinegar is less vinegary in taste than other vinegars and has the light sweet taste of coconut. I think this is a great alternative to apple cider vinegar if you want to try something new.

This is a really good vinegar. Great price. We use it as a dressing with olive oil and spices and it is delicious.
