I have high homocystein and need to lower this by increasing intake of B vitamins. I take a B complex with additional B9 and B12. I trust the Mercola product and so far using this spray ice speed my homocystein almost two points in 6 months. Not ground breaking, but it's going down and that's good. Happy to stick to this meantime.

This is very efficient supplement for those who are in B12 deficiency (generally who are vgetarian or vegan diet). Spray a few sprays into mouth, fast absoprtion. Highly recommended.

I love the spray. I have a problem swallowing pills. The flavor is great and I have more energy and just felt my B12 could be low. I started taking it when I got covid. Good product.

Great product. I can literally feel my energy bounce back after taking it and even more important after the age of 60 because lack of vitamin b12 can cause brain deterioration or worse dementia!
