This supplement is the best I have ever tried, I got to know about ceramides from Tati's Westbook Halo Beauty but they stopped shipping to UAE. I have tried this one and fell in love, no other supplement makes your skin so hydrated - I immediately feel the difference when I run out of it. Hydration is the best visible benefit. It has no taste, there is some oil inside the capsule and they are small in size and very easy to swallow. The dosage is one pill a day so it will last you two months. A big bonus is there is a second ingredient the brand added later -astaxanthin a powerful anti-oxidant. When I first bought it, there were no reviews and I took a risk, and now it's a re-purchase. I have tried other brands on iherb, but this one is the best quality and value for money.

Beauty ceramides are great for dry skin. Since taking these for a couple of months I have notice that my face is more plump and moisturised. I will continue using these to keep my skin looking and feel youthful. Great product for skin!

Had this just for a week and I felt my skin is more “moist” than before. I will take them only in winter because they are expensive (I bought them on sale) The pills aren’t big, so it’s easy to swallow.

It is ok but to me Not as good as life extension skin restoring ceramides. Each to its own as all our skin needs differ. Not bad for the price though.

I bought it for me and family, we all are complaining from dry itchy skin. The day after using it, we had sever symptoms of dryer skin and very severe itching. Once stopped it all went away. But my sister skin got better but with severe itching :/ so I don't know.
