I have used the Korean Red Ginseng Extract for a long. It is beneficial to boost your immunity. I also recommend those who are prone to easily catch a cold or have weak lungs. I have minor symptoms of asthma. I use this product for preventive care. To see the improvement, you need to take it for a few months. I think adding honey to remove bitterness wouldn't change the benefits. But I normally just drink it.

This product is a small, tester size. It comes in a cute dark glass jar with a twist off cap and a safety seal that you'd pull off. The extract is thick but easy to scoop out -- they provide a small plastic spoon to help you scoop out the product but if you're going to be putting it in hot water, you should get a small stainless steel spoon instead! It's very bitter (to me) and I add honey to it. My mom think it tastes fine without honey tho. I don't feel a strong instant boost of energy like a lot of commenter -- I feel that more with coffee but overall as I took this product more frequently I do feel slightly warmer on the average day!
