I use Kamut when making sticky white rice. Instead of a full cup of rice, i'll use 1/3 of Kamut in replacement and its delicious. Kamut is chewy and has tons of fiber so will keep you full longer than just rice would. I repurchased this item more than 5x on iHerb and will continue to purchase as long as they have it!
I really loved this ancient grain. For the price i felt like i got my money's worth. It has a chewy texture with a slightly nutty taste. It takes about an hour to cook as long as you soak it overnight according to the instructions. I was pleasantly surprised at how meaty it was. Overall i would definitely buy again.

Used to work in a bakery where kamut was one of the ingredients in our sourdough bread. My mistake, thought it was kamut flour not whole grains. Milled it into flour no problem in high speed blender. The taste of kamut is so nutty and buttery. Quite delightful! Bob’s Red Mill has such quality products. Love their Velcro closures on the packaging.
