How did I not know these exist? I’ve been breaking these apart with my hands for years. Not sure why I didn’t think something like this would exist but I didn’t want to hold it down with a knife. This you easily put in the rubber and shut.
I have used this splitter for more than a year now and find it pretty convenient. I use it to split small pill in four pieces. Precision isn't perfect but good enough. It depends on how you position a pill and require some skills to do it right, especially when you are trying to split half a pill. I use a toothpick because my pills are very small. But still is is way better than using a knife.
Pretty easy and convenient, I bought different cutters from here and this one is the best by far. It cuts even really hard pills and doesn’t crumble them. Also you have little storage space inside. The plastic is strong and steady. It’s small, so you can keep it in your purse.
I had a plastic pill sitter without the metal insert... before... it would do fine for half but when I wanted to split a pill into quarters , it wouldn't cut evenly... this on the other hand works perfectly , the metal insert is sharp and does the job... just keep away from children
Got this to split a vitamin B tablet that I bought & it has worked very well. Though the tablets are very small, the orange rubber guards hold it in place nicely while the metal "blade" cuts it cleanly most of the time. Haven't had any crumbling with the tablets though sometimes the tablet isn't set exactly in the middle so a few times it's more like 55% to 45% ratio or thereabouts. Still it is a well worth purchase & handy to have around for splitting pills, vitamins & tablets!

So easy to use. Just what I needed. Can take with me wherever I go. Small size - enough to pack anywhere. Catches pieces if they fall. Great quality and very effective
FINALLY I can cut my huge Magnesium pills and be able to swallow them! Easier to use than I expected, feels sturdy 💪 honestly, first time in my life I’ve learnt that cutting pills is actually so easy. Thank you guys for making my life easier!
I can't swallow pills so I split up my tablets with this pill splitter. Also, if you need to take a half of a tablet the splitter will more accurately slice it in half.
