The composition of ingredients like turmeric curcumin with organic ginger and bioperine black pepper extract makes this a quality blend. I have benefited from regular daily intake of 3 capsules as they have greatly reduced inflammation in my knees and joints. There is significant improvement and reduced pain in these areas. Great product. Worth buying again.
The quality of the ingredients is great! I feel some improvement when it comes to my painful knee and joints 🥺 the package looks nice! Cognitively I didn’t feel any difference tho. But I still do recommend to by this wonderful product. It has great benefits and doesn’t have any taste 💪🏻

Nice capsule size to swallow. No after taste. No side effects so far. Good packaging that it won’t break if you are clumsy like me. I find it very convenient to take turmeric in a capsule form. Because you take it the same dose every day. I used to use fresh turmeric that used to leave my cutting board and fingers yellow. Hopefully it will benefit me with my inflammation.

I got this for my husband who has been experiencing arthritic pain in his hands and legs. It has helped considerably and he has noticed an inflammation reduction and less pain. However he has found you must take this consistently morning, noon and night for this product to be effective because it is NOT a steroid medication as many doctors prescribe.
Love this product and the assistance I receive in helping to combat my inflammation from chronic lyme disease. It's very hard to find quality product with both turmeric and curcumin with some kind of black pepper/pepperine to assist with absorption and this has it all. I highly recommend and make sure I take the maximum amount daily. This is a supplement you need to make sure you take daily and not miss or you will start feeling the effects of inflammation creep back in. And nobody likes that!
I took 2 of these turmeric pills, 1000mg omega-3, and 67mg vitamin E together. All of these are for reducing inflammation. The first time I took this combination, I found my body aches reduced dramatically. I continued taking this for a week, aches did reduce although did not go away completely. Mum is also taking turmeric in combination with boswellia serrata for joints and aches - there is improvement. I think turmeric is a good alternative to western medicine for inflammation.

This Turmeric Curcumin is a very fine product. I take it for the arthritis pain in my thumbs and am so pleased with the relief. It's a good quality; the powder stays in the capsules! It's a decent price, one I'm more than willing to pay for the relief it gives. I take 2, daily, and that is enough, apparently. As always, iHerb packages it well for shipping. This in one product that is worth it all the way around.
