I have been drinking this raspberry leaf tea through 2 menstrual cycles now. It definitely helps in relieving PMS, as I had far less cramps and felt energetic. I hope it would help with my acne in the long term. As I drink this at work, I couldn't boil it in the water. I just pour hot water over a teaspoon of this, so maybe my brewing method affected the effectiveness.
